A lot has been riding on Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, taking point as Nintendo’s big fall 2020 title. It might not be a true mainline Zelda entry, but Nintendo and Koei Tecmo have been doing a lot to merge the two series. It seems that work has paid off, at least in the short term. Koei Tecmo has announced that it’s shipped three million units of Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity worldwide already (presumably including physical and digital together).
