Developer Vicarious Visions, which is owned by Activision Blizzard, has been merged into Blizzard, per a report from GamesIndustry.biz. From this point forward, the approximately 200 people in Vicarious Visions will be Blizzard employees “fully dedicated to existing Blizzard games and initiatives.” In other words, Vicarious Visions is finished leading game development projects like Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy or the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 remake. It will just be supporting Blizzard on its own franchises now, which would include the likes of World of Warcraft and Overwatch.
