Publisher Pix’n Love Games and developer Aurora Game Studio have announced Nightmare Busters: Rebirth, which is basically a revival of a revival of a canceled SNES game from developer Arcade Zone. It’s a slightly odd situation to be sure. But long story short, Nightmare Busters was a run-and-gun sidescroller in development for SNES that was canceled in 1994. However, a developer called Super Fighter Team worked with the copyright owner to finish the game and physically publish it for SNES at the end of 2013.
