Today marks the 10-year anniversary of one of the longest-standing world records in Mario Kart history. Spanish speedrunner David “MKDasher” Roland set this record on Aug. 13, 2009. As of Aug. 13, 2019, it still has yet to be broken. MKDasher’s historic world record was set on the Shroom Ridge stage in Mario Kart DS. He played as Dry Bones in the Egg 1 kart for this record.
