This led companies like Nintendo to find creative ways to bring their systems into the market. For Nintendo, this involved creating a Chinese subsidiary, which was iQue. Now, China has lifted the ban, so game companies can officially bring their full systems into the country—like what Nintendo is getting ready to do with the Switch.
