Twitter user Rory Steel (@JerseyITGuy) recently put out an inspiring and overwhelmingly happy minute-and-a-half long video that stars his daughter, Ava, playing The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild with the help of a modified version of Microsoft’s adaptive controller. With some spare parts and a lot of soldering, he converted Microsoft’s famous facilitator into a Switch-compatible prototype that enables his daughter (and his son, if Ava ever relinquishes the new controller) to enjoy the Switch’s most popular title just like her friends.
