While great with its software, in typical Nintendo fashion, the Switch leaves a lot to be desired with its OS. Inexplicably, its dumbed-down features somehow leave a user experience that is worse than what we had on the 3DS and Wii U. Information and customization are harder to access or simply not available at all. Folders, an internet browser, themes, and more are all missing from past systems.
