A few weeks ago, Nintendo of America shut down its repair centers due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, the company has announced as of May 19 that the repair services have been reopened. The company mentions that “repair orders will be prioritized in the order that they have been set up and received.” So, that means if you already sent out an order before the closure and it had to be temporarily left, the mechanics at Nintendo will be returning to complete those orders first and then deal with the others in the queue.
