@thMightyMe i just got that phone on saturday (same color, even). it's fucking awesome dude. big step up from my htc inspire.
lol... I got it on saturday too
I love it to pieces... but there are some annoyances... I wish there was a menu button, I wish it was running 4.2.2 and had lockscreen widgets and photosphere (4.2.2 features)... and it doesn't connect with my computer properly.. it wants all this f'n software to interface and just doesn't work right.. I just want to f'n plug it in and treat it like an external harddrive and drag and drop and manage files as I will
but as for those negatives... I hear the next update will fix the menu problem.. apparently by replacing the google now on a home long press to menu.... though I like having google now on a long press so hopefully they let me put it on a back button long press or just active the HTC logo area of the capacitive strip to act as a menu button... while I don't have widgets on the lock screen it does give me notifications and when I play music it brings up a music player on there... plus we are supposed to be getting 4.2.2 this month in an update and 4.3.2 by the end of the year... I got around the not hooking up properly to my computer issue by using drop box, and my friend says there is a trick to get around all the software install crap
now the good... at first I was annoyed about blink feed, but I moved it off to the side and it just doesn't bother me there, inf act I have actually come to enjoy it... quickly browsing my twitter along with tech/android/gaming/tv news is nice it is really cool having it all mixed up together... I just wish there were more options... google + for instance.. oir if I could plug in news feeds from specific sites like IGN or nitnendo enthusiast.... the camera is amazing.. the lowlight shots absolutely stunning, and I prefer the HTC interface for the camera to the stock google one (except I want photosphere), the sound is great for a phone, so f'n loud and about as non-tinny as can be... the screen is beautiful, the thing is fast there is like no lag at all, I love the app drawer.. I don't need folders on my home screens because I have everything organized in folders in my drawer... though I wish it kept folders across the top and displayed what was in them for the rest of the screen and could then scroll within those sections
I got pissed off at some aspects of the phone on my first night with it, but by the end of the second day I absolutely adored it
