Skrollr progress bar acts differently on JSFiddle then on my webserver

So I got a JS fiddle that makes the progress bar work just how I want it to: http://jsfiddle.net/t8bZy/5/

But when I put the code into my webserver (or just run it from the file system) It doesn't go anywhere near as far as it should. As seen here: http://vrnp-forums.strange-coast.com/

Anyone know what's going on?

I wish I could tell you, but I don't immediately see anything that would cause this, and I unfortunately don't really have the time to consider it too closely. Perhaps later I will be able to look a bit deeper. Sorry :/
